Job Summary

Lead discovery and translate research into UX and content strategy for complex, content-rich websites. Own information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs, then present recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams. Serve as a senior creative voice in pre-sales and marketing—contributing to proposals and thought leadership through webinars, blogs, case studies, and other content. Fully remote, managed by the Director of Strategy and Creative.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead project discovery, including interest-holder interviews, synthesizing research into actionable design direction, and delivering UX/content/design audit findings.
•Develop information architecture and content strategy, including sitemap/navigation strategy, content audits and gap analysis, and tone/voice/taxonomies.
•Create UX and visual strategy artifacts such as wireframes, page templates, interactive prototypes, full-fidelity visual comps, and responsive design systems.
•Present recommendations clearly and empower clients to make confident decisions based on rationale.
•Act as a senior creative voice in sales and marketing by contributing to proposals, uncovering client goals and constraints, and supporting thought leadership content.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 50 - 70 hourly

Key Requirements

•Senior-level hands-on UX/UI design experience for complex, content-rich websites with a portfolio showing process from discovery and strategy through high-fidelity visual design.
•Strong visual design craft, including layout, typography, hierarchy, brand application, responsive design, and accessible UI patterns.
•Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping, design systems, component workflows, and client-ready presentation files.
•Advanced knowledge of UX strategy, content strategy, information architecture, and content experience principles.
•Demonstrated experience in a creative agency environment and strong communication skills to adapt complex ideas for designers, developers, and clients.
