  • •Develop and maintain customer relationships and perform regular customer visits across your district.
  • •Manage, coach, and direct all customer engineers, including salary planning, career planning, corrective actions, and formal updates.
  • •Serve as prime interface with product divisions including tech support, training, spares, and reliability; monitor programs and quarterly results.
  • •Execute escalation procedures, manage RMA procedures, and ensure accuracy and updates of customer engineer hours tracking.
