Job Summary

Lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS/IPS) efforts for the Hunter Class Frigate Program, providing technical logistics support analysis and actionable recommendations to improve equipment reliability and supportability. Manage and coach a small ILS team while overseeing development of Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and FMECA. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and conduct risk assessments for investigated systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and support delivery of logistics support analysis of products, data, and trends, and recommend effective operation and sustainment.
•Provide leadership to an ILS/IPS logistic engineering team, coaching and developing personnel and fostering a high-performance culture.
•Oversee development of MTA, RCM, LORA, and FMECA to support maintenance and reliability outcomes.
•Review supply documentation and provide logistics engineering advice while collaborating with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
•Draw conclusions from logistics support analysis and evidence to propose recommendations to improve reliability and supportability, including conducting risk assessments.

Key Requirements

•Extensive ILS/IPS, Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), or logistics engineering experience.
•Technical qualification with strong critical thinking and technical aptitude.
•Experience applying Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
•Communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and maintain positive team culture.
•Demonstrated ability to lead or coach personnel (people leadership experience is highly regarded, though not essential).
