Job Summary

Drive sales of the Allergy Infant Formula portfolio across designated pediatricians and OBGYN/HCP segments in the West Houston territory. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, M.D. office and hospital staff, applying accurate product and competitor knowledge. Develop territory plans, use clinical data and competitive intelligence to inform customer conversations, and forecast and review sales activity using computer software systems.

•Apply the selling process and communicate convincingly to build customer confidence and receptivity.
•Build and maintain relationships with physicians, M.D. office staff, and others in the customer influence network.
•Use accurate knowledge of Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition and competitor products.
•Develop territory and management plans to prioritize activities and achieve short- and long-term business goals.
•Use clinical data, competitive intelligence, and marketing initiatives to maximize opportunities and respond to customer needs; plan, forecast, and review sales activity in computer systems.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Prior experience as a field sales representative in B2B, pharmaceutical, or nutritional sales; or relevant clinical experience (e.g., Neonatal Dietitian, Registered Dietitian, Pharm D, or NICU RN).
•Two-year RN degree with equivalent related experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement.
•Demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers and develop/maintain rapport.
•Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds, with daily travel and occasional overnight travel.
