Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide families/care partner-facing access and affordability support for infigratinib in coordination with Market Access, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing.
  • •Ensure a compliant, positive patient journey through collaborations with BridgeBio stakeholders and direct issue resolution with consented families.
  • •Evaluate and implement family access opportunities within a geographic area, coordinating hub interactions and missing-information follow-ups.
  • •Own relationships and manage status changes for the ForgingBridges support program, onboarding new families and ensuring business rules are followed.
  • •Provide in-person or remote education as requested, report key compliant insights to internal teams, and attend advocacy or commercial events as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-8 years of biotech/pharma experience with patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred.
  • •Strong foundation working with patient support programs, including copay and cost sharing programs, affordability design, and hub models for medical/pharmacy benefit products.
  • •Comprehend specialty market, buy-and-bill, retail market, reimbursement/access challenges, and OIG/CMS/legal guidelines for patient support programs.
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish high-level relationships with families, patients, and key decision-makers.
  • •BA/BS degree preferred; rare disease experience preferred.
