  • •Identify, evaluate, and drive onboarding of high-quality TradFi/RWA assets into Binance Earn
  • •Research proven wealth-management and investment product structures in traditional finance and redesign them for Earn users in a crypto-native way
  • •Partner with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to assess feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution
  • •Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts focused on user value, product design, and operational efficiency

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment products, or wealth management-related roles

  • •Strong TradFi background across asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or similar financial institutions
