Key Responsibilities

  • •Build advanced dashboards and reporting solutions for KPI, operational, strategic, and ad-hoc insight needs using Power BI and Databricks (or similar).
  • •Design and maintain enterprise semantic models and dataset layers (dimensional, canonical, and lakehouse gold) to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • •Publish certified, governed datasets and define standards for BI consumption to enable reliable self-service analytics.
  • •Implement and optimize data pipelines and analytics models using Spark, Delta Lake, and cloud-native tooling; drive performance, cost efficiency, and scalability through continuous optimization.
  • •Coach analytics engineers and analysts through code reviews, mentoring, and best-practice adoption while partnering with data engineering on data quality, security standards, lineage, metadata, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in enterprise-scale analytics, BI, or analytics engineering environments.
  • •Strong BI experience across Microsoft stack (Power BI, SQL Server/SSRS, Excel).
  • •Expert in data modeling (dimensional and lakehouse architectures) and enterprise dataset design.
  • •Advanced Databricks and Spark engineering (Delta Lake, performance tuning, orchestration, schema evolution).
  • •Experience implementing data quality frameworks, validation/profiling, and documentation standards for analytics solutions.
