Senior Payroll Business Analyst, Data & Reporting

Own payroll data integrity and end-to-end reporting for Boeing’s payroll and timekeeping systems. Build dashboards, KPIs, reconciliations, and variance analyses to monitor accuracy, SLAs, and compliance risks. Act as the payroll data SME and first escalation point, troubleshoot incidents with RCA, and define data requirements for system changes, UAT, and deployments. Train payroll operations and partners to read and trust reporting, while standardizing and automating analytics to reduce errors.
