Job Summary

Lead FP&A for the National Solutions finance team, partnering with business unit leaders to drive performance, enable growth, and deliver actionable insights. Own monthly business review and forecasting routines, analyzing profitability and margin opportunities across market and business units. Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations, while owning the annual budget and strategic plan. Manage and develop FP&A analysts and enhance decision-support tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own monthly business review and forecasting routines, identifying key risks and opportunities and developing action plans with leadership.
•Analyze profitability and trends by market/business unit to identify and drive margin enhancement opportunities such as pricing, mix, and cost management.
•Partner with the FP&A Director to prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to National Solutions leadership.
•Own the annual budget and strategic plan process for National Solutions, partnering on assumptions, targets, and timelines.
•Manage and develop FP&A analysts and enhance decision-support tools and processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience; prefer exposure to manufacturing and/or a global public company.
•Prior people leadership or supervisory experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop analysts.
•Self-starter who can lead cross-functional initiatives.
•Strong communication skills for synthesizing and communicating complex issues clearly and concisely.
•Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; extensive Oracle EPM Planning experience required, with SAP or similar ERP system knowledge; M&A experience is a plus.
