Deliver an elevated in-store, sustainability-focused client experience while meeting and exceeding individual sales goals. Engage customers to drive clientele generation, build long-term loyal relationships, and act as a brand ambassador. Maintain strong customer feedback and NPS scoring, support inventory accuracy and loss prevention, and ensure the selling floor reflects Reformation standards.
