Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for drivers of the assigned division.
  • •Be accountable for driver performance, regulatory compliance, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, continuous improvement, financial stewardship, and collaboration across support functions.
  • •Conduct quarterly driver meetings covering safety, operational updates, recognition, technology, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • •Follow up on driver concerns and communicate organizational priorities.
  • •Monitor Hours of Service and DOT compliance and collaborate with customer service/logistics to improve driver engagement and retention.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •2+ years of experience in supply chain and procurement and/or transportation and logistics.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to complete pre-employment screening if required (e.g., drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, FMCSA Clearinghouse).
