Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the product strategy for scan AI solutions to improve SMB customer workflows, productivity, and outcomes.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic ISV partnerships for co-developing and integrating scan AI capabilities.
  • •Translate customer, market, and partner needs into product definitions, requirements documents, user stories, and Jira backlogs.
  • •Define the roadmap and priority use cases for MCP-enabled AI agents in the office-printing space and drive adoption opportunities.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution across software, firmware, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and external partners, representing strategy and roadmap at checkpoints and reviews.

Key Requirements
