Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in tracking hardware assets from procurement to disposal.
  • •Update asset records in the asset management system (CMDB/HAM tools) and maintain accurate inventory.
  • •Perform regular physical and logical asset audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain audit logs and documentation.
  • •Support onboarding (allocation) and offboarding (recovery) of IT assets, including coordination of asset movement across locations.
  • •Prepare weekly/monthly asset reports, track key metrics (asset utilization, aging, inventory accuracy), and support incident/request handling for asset-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
