Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive hardware program execution from EVT prototypes through DVT and PVT to production launch, ensuring milestone targets are met
  • •Act as primary technical voice with JDM partners on system architecture, requirements, and build schedules
  • •Lead program reviews to surface risks early, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned on goals
  • •Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers during design reviews and validation planning
  • •Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturing readiness and scalable deployment

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
  • •Comfort reading schematics and understanding PCB layout fundamentals, and engaging in system architecture discussions
  • •Solid understanding of the hardware development process (design, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing)
  • •Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to track multiple workstreams and keep programs moving
  • •Comfort working with external partners (JDM/suppliers/vendors) and managing them effectively
