Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure facility and product compliance with the site’s QMS, ISO 13485, and relevant regulations; create and maintain quality documentation (Data Sheets, PFMEAs, control plans, DHRs, CAPAs)
  • •Document and track nonconformances; support problem-solving and continuous improvement activities; verify effective OJT of operators
  • •Collaborate with Area Managers, Team/Group Leads and Manufacturing Engineers to optimize production within the area
  • •Align with Operations Quality to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across the organization
  • •Work onsite five days per week and interact with Quality, Manufacturing and Design Engineers to drive innovation in MRI magnet design

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of related Quality Engineering experience in the medical device industry or other regulated industries
  • •Strong experience with ISO 13485 preferred
  • •Experience with PFMEAs, control plans, nonconformances, CAPA, measurement system analysis, and design history reviews
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • • Ability to travel up to 10% as required by business needs
