Job Summary

Deliver customer vehicles straight to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, providing a positive customer experience as part of the “Hauler-Life” team. Load and unload vehicles, inspect haulers for safe driving, complete customer paperwork, and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. Drive safely while maintaining a clean record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers (training provided).
•Frequently load and unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure it maintains safe to drive condition.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions.

•Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lbs and sustaining physical activity for 8+ hours.
•Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (drug test and DOT Medical Card required).
