Job Summary

Support end-to-end AML/KYC processes for client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews within the First Line of Defence. You will create and maintain KYC records, collect and validate client information and documentation, and ensure CIP and CDD are complete and accurate. Handle Enhanced Due Diligence when required, follow up to meet deadlines and KRI/KPI targets, and collaborate with stakeholders and 2LOD teams to resolve policy questions.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information and supporting documentation from internal and external sources.
•Work with Relationship Managers and client-facing teams to obtain documentation needed to meet KYC requirements.
•Review client information and documentation to ensure compliance with AML/KYC policies and procedures.
•Validate information in the KYC system of record and ensure CIP and CDD are complete and accurate.
•Support EDD reviews where required and perform timely follow-ups to meet deadlines and KRI/KPI targets.

Key Requirements

•A college or university degree and/or equivalent relevant professional experience.
•Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an AML/KYC function.
•Ability to work effectively as a team player with strong time management skills.
•Evidence of effective communication with stakeholders.
•Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
