Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information and supporting documentation from internal and external sources.
  • •Work with Relationship Managers and client-facing teams to obtain documentation needed to meet KYC requirements.
  • •Review client information and documentation to ensure compliance with AML/KYC policies and procedures.
  • •Validate information in the KYC system of record and ensure CIP and CDD are complete and accurate.
  • •Support EDD reviews where required and perform timely follow-ups to meet deadlines and KRI/KPI targets.

Key Requirements

  • •A college or university degree and/or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • •Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an AML/KYC function.
  • •Ability to work effectively as a team player with strong time management skills.
  • •Evidence of effective communication with stakeholders.
  • •Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
