Job Summary

Coordinate operations project delivery for national and international tours across Ticketmaster’s EMEA marketplaces, from initial planning through successful onsale execution. Partner with TM Music, Marketplace, Product, Engineering, and regional operational teams to maintain operational consistency, quality, and documentation. Provide on-the-ground event operations support during critical onsales, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflows—primarily for French markets and the Trium platform, with a CEST working schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Define operational delivery for assigned national and international tours across EMEA and coordinate tour specifications.
•Gather operational requirements, coordinate timelines and milestones, and maintain project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
•Act as the primary operational contact for assigned tours throughout their lifecycle and support post-onsale operational reviews.
•Support high-profile onsales across EMEA by monitoring event performance, assisting with issue triage and escalation, and performing operational QA before onsale.
•Provide French market and Trium platform operational support, including documenting and improving Trium workflows and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Experience working with Ticketmaster Host, Microflex, or Trium event management systems.
•Previous experience in a Client Account Manager (CAM), Event Programming (EP) or similar operational function.
•Excellent understanding of Ticketmaster operational processes and event lifecycle management.
•Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication.
