Key Responsibilities

•Shape regional Roadside Assistance strategy by analyzing market trends, competitive activity, customer needs and mobility developments across Northern Europe.
•Identify growth opportunities, new customer propositions and innovation initiatives, and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to lead the implementation and enhancement of products and services and bring new propositions to market.
•Build business cases for new products and strategic initiatives, balancing customer value, commercial opportunity and operational feasibility.
•Monitor product performance and customer outcomes, and provide leadership on product governance and regulatory requirements across key markets.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
•Significant experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations or Underwriting, ideally within insurance, assistance, mobility or financial services.
•Strong understanding of insurance and assistance products, market dynamics and customer needs.
•Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions to deliver business outcomes in complex environments.
•Fluent English language skills; Dutch and/or French would be an advantage.
