Outfit Mechanical Engineer

Lead the delivery of mechanical outfit engineering services for the Hunter Class Frigate Program, providing technical oversight, peer review, and specialist guidance across design, development, modification, integration, installation, and verification. Serve as a key technical interface across outfit engineering, production, supply chain, integrated project teams, and external stakeholders. Ensure safety, compliance, and fit-for-purpose outcomes, lead high-risk problem resolution, and mentor engineers while improving engineering governance and processes.
