Job Summary

Architect, build, and evolve the developer experience for Meraki Cloud Engineering teams within the SRE Engineering Enablement organization. Lead design and evolution of critical infrastructure for building, testing, and deploying cloud applications, drive operational excellence, and handle complex debugging and blameless postmortems. Partner with engineering leadership on roadmaps, productivity and platform health reporting, and champion sustainable on-call practices across a distributed US/UK team.

•Experience mentoring and providing technical oversight for a team.
•Experience operating distributed systems at scale (1,000+ nodes or high-concurrency) and configuration-as-code/infrastructure automation.
