Key Responsibilities

  • •Build agentic harnesses with skills, sub-agents, guardrails, and verification systems for trustworthy outputs.
  • •Develop and maintain a shared knowledge base substrate that agents read from and write into.
  • •Own the delivery substrate: cloud dev environments, CI runtime, and autonomous-delivery rails that produce reviewable pull requests.
  • •Improve how squads work with AI by reducing friction in planning, coordination, and communication.
  • •Implement evaluation and metrics systems to measure impact (baselines, before/after, DORA, lead time, adoption) and optimize AI workflow cost/speed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building and operating production software at meaningful scale with end-to-end ownership.
  • •Strong software design fundamentals including testing, design patterns, and clean architecture.
  • •Backend depth with RESTful APIs, relational databases and SQL, plus distributed/event-driven patterns (queues, messaging) for high-traffic services.
  • •Full production ownership across CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure—“done” means healthy in production.
  • •1 to 2+ years shipping LLM applications to production, including hands-on context engineering, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and evals.
