Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve general and account-specific inquiries (e.g., statement inquiries, card replacement, payments, rewards redemption) and update account information.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education completion date and joining date.
  • •Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs.
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
