Support venue operations at Tabernacle by assisting with day-of-show tasks, setup and teardown of event assets, and preventive/general maintenance around the site and buildings. Handle opening/running/closing duties, maintain atmosphere control, and help respond to guest and staff inquiries, including VIP and amenities-related questions. Identify safety issues, report faults or unusual situations, and help with venue setup and event conversions as requested.

Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with venue leadership or an Operations Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
•Assist with setup and tear down of venue assets for events (chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.).
•Perform preventive and general maintenance, including painting, cleaning, landscaping, and misc. projects.
•Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries and concerns related to shows, artist meet and greets, amenities, VIP program, and seat upgrades.
•Maintain safety by diagnosing safety issues, complying with safety regulations, and reporting faulty operations or unusual situations.

Key Requirements

•Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time with an upbeat attitude.
•Ability to prioritize duties and communicate effectively.
•Skills in guest relations.
•Ability to handle manual labor.
•High School Diploma or GED required.
