Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with venue leadership or the Operations Manager to support day-of-show duties.
  • •Assist with setup and tear down of venue assets for all events, including chairs, tables, tents, and signage.
  • •Perform preventive and general maintenance around the site and buildings, such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
  • •Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries related to shows, meet-and-greet packages, amenities, and VIP program/seat upgrades.
