Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out reactive, proactive, and pre-planned repairs to the required standard within SLA deadlines.
  • •Cover requested maintenance across the operational area while managing your own workflow.
  • •Ensure health and safety for yourself and all property users before, during, and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved suppliers.
  • •Undertake out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis for 24/7 emergency cover.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a full UK driving licence.
