Job Summary

Support the bank’s relationship team by managing lending workflows for commercial credit commitments under $10 million. Collaborate with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters to create pitch materials, conduct client due diligence, review loan requests and credit approval memos, and ensure documentation accuracy. Perform financial analysis (including ROE), complete data entry in nCino/Salesforce, support portfolio reviews, and help surface early credit concerns.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters to identify and respond to client requirements for credit commitments under $10 million.
•Create pitch materials for prospects/clients and lead or participate in due diligence meetings to understand clients’ businesses and management teams.
•Review loan requests to determine required business documents and financial statements; collect and upload items using Salesforce’s secure document portal.
•Perform lending tasks including financial statement spread review and ROE analysis, and complete preflight memos for deal team discussions.
•Ensure credit process integrity by completing nCino data entry, reviewing credit approval memos and loan documentation consistency, supporting waiver/amendment requests, and performing portfolio data integrity reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
•2 years of commercial banking experience, including credit structuring/analysis, sales support, risk assessment, and commercial banking product knowledge.
•2 years working in Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis.
•Ability to manage workflow and complex commercial banking deals.
•Ability to manage stress and competing priorities.
