Job Summary

Perform facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance for a manufacturing plant, completing scheduled daily assignments and on-site service and repairs. Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems, support preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate reporting/data entry in CMMS. Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety procedures, safe work practices, and LOTO procedures while adhering to PPE and housekeeping standards. Collaborate across departments and identify cost-savings opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform as-directed maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
•Complete daily assignments as scheduled and directed and perform on-site service and repair of equipment.
•Troubleshoot to the systems level and maintain full knowledge of preventive maintenance (PMs).
•Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety practices, including safe work practices and LOTO, while adhering to PPE and housekeeping standards.
•Pull reports and enter data/pass downs into/from the CMMS system; collaborate with other departments and identify cost-savings opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.37 - 32.72 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED with 3+ years maintenance experience, or 5+ years in a related field, or a 2-year technical school plus 3+ years experience.
•Journeyman’s Card from an accredited apprenticeship program (preferred).
•Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and proven electro/mechanical skills.
•Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and follow technical manuals and safe work practices.
•Computer applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); CMMS knowledge is required for internal candidates (plus if coming from outside).
