Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security devices and automation systems in customers’ homes.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system.
  • •Provide a consultative, customer-focused experience while representing Vivint in the field.
  • •Follow safety practices and conduct safety analysis of each home before work starts.

Key Requirements
