Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and manage wholesale orders, including EDI transmissions and prAna B2B orders, ensuring pricing/discounts/terms accuracy before shipment.
  • •Handle customer inquiries and support open order management, returns, credit issue research, and invoicing in collaboration with accounting.
  • •Partner with managers and sales representatives to support dealers, including assistance at trade shows and key account meetings.
  • •Prepare samples, merchandising assortments, reports, and tools for meetings and line presentations.
  • •Monitor and report on shipping progress and order book status (open orders, holds, bulk orders, availability/allocation) and provide ad hoc reporting and inventory analysis.

Key Requirements
