Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inbound logistics and receiving, ensuring timely, safe arrivals, correct physical vs manifest checks, and accurate initial system data entry.
  • •Oversee processing and grading workflows, ensuring consistent SOP-based testing/inspection and conducting QC audits to reduce grading errors.
  • •Manage repair/refurbishment operations, coordinating internal technicians and third-party partners; monitor spare parts availability and turnaround time (TAT) and confirm QC re-testing before sellable stock.
  • •Run outbound logistics and order fulfillment by supervising picking/packing and handover to couriers/expeditors; maintain shipment success aligned to SLA targets and minimize damages/mis-sends.
  • •Lead inventory control, safety compliance (K3), cycle counts/stock opname, and warehouse team/shift scheduling to anticipate peak-season volume.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •3–4+ years in Warehouse & Logistics Operations, with 1–2 years in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
  • •Experience in e-commerce, retail electronics, gadget/smartphone, or remanufacturing/secondhand devices.
  • •Proficiency using Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, and inventory tracking applications; familiarity with technical testing/grading and repair unit management.
  • •Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for throughput, SLA, and inventory loss analysis, plus operational leadership and cross-functional team management.
