Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative and staff support for personnel security case processing, including data entry, electronic scanning, and uploading security documents into an electronic case management system.
  • •Create, maintain, file, retrieve, track, and destroy electronic and physical personnel security records and case files.
  • •Review personnel security forms/documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, and perform data quality assurance reviews.
  • •Assist with fingerprint card filing and inventory management, including pulling, filing, and updating fingerprint cards throughout the facility.
  • •Monitor Outlook mailboxes and respond to inquiries/status requests; support mail/telephone routing and general office documentation and coordination.
