Key Responsibilities

•Systematically optimize end-to-end live streaming performance and proactively discover performance issues.
•Improve distribution quality and room entry conversion, including success rate and speed.
•Enhance live viewing experience by optimizing client-side performance (power, thermal, smoothness, stability) to improve retention and engagement.
•Improve go-live flow and stability by streamlining the process and building reliable systems for high-traffic scenarios.
•Establish closed-loop governance with an end-to-end performance metrics framework and lead cross-functional project delivery across client, server, algorithms, audio/video, CDN, and data.

•Have hands-on experience in at least one technical domain (e.g., client, backend, networking, audio/video) with strong architectural design thinking.
