Lead daily guest operations for Roxy Cinemas, supervising frontline teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Oversee shift operations, safety and security standards, and cash handling with reporting, stock control, and operational audits. Support the Cinema Management team with compliance to policies and regulatory requirements, resolve guest issues, maintain facilities and assets, and use ticketing/reporting systems to monitor performance and drive improvements.
