Job Summary

Lead NVIDIA’s local AI ecosystem by partnering with model developers, AI application/tool providers, agent-platform companies, inference-runtime teams, and open-source communities. Own strategic partner relationships from onboarding through launch and ongoing adoption, unblock complex integrations, and drive adoption of NVIDIA accelerated computing, AI runtimes, SDKs, and developer tools on Windows and Linux. Build technical enablement (integrations, samples, tutorials, workshops) and translate partner feedback into product and engineering priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a portfolio of strategic local AI partners, leading relationships from opportunity identification and onboarding through integration, launch, and adoption.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor to help partners implement and optimize NVIDIA technologies, removing integration barriers across models, runtimes, tools, and agent platforms.
•Drive adoption and optimization of NVIDIA accelerated computing, AI runtimes, SDKs, and developer tools across local and hybrid AI workflows on Windows and Linux.
•Define joint partner plans with technical milestones, success criteria, launch readiness, and measurable ecosystem outcomes.
•Create and scale technical enablement via reference integrations, samples, tutorials, workshops, playbooks, and partner-ready launch materials.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, developer relations/advocacy, solutions architecture, technical partnerships, or similar.
•Hands-on AI/ML software experience, including generative AI models, inference, model serving, or AI application development.
•Working knowledge of GPU acceleration and local AI software layers (inference frameworks, model formats, quantization, memory management, hardware-aware optimization).
•Experience building and leading technical relationships with software companies, ISVs, startups, or open-source projects from engagement through production delivery.
