Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure safe and effective operation of equipment.
  • •Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
  • •Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and apply troubleshooting skills to production equipment.
  • •Interact with plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals and minimize downtime due to equipment failure.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, or an industrial maintenance diploma/technical school enrollment in lieu of experience.
  • •Basic computer skills for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation.
  • •Ability to learn and use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • •Effective communication and basic math skills (percentages, fractions, and measurements).
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting/pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs. occasionally and standing up to 12 hours per day.
