Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the GITC strategy, audit readiness roadmap, and control maturity initiatives, including tracking remediation of control gaps.
  • •Participate in system discovery and scoping to identify new/modified/decommissioned in-scope systems and support cross-functional workshops.
  • •Execute control operations: evidence gathering, assessment and audit demonstration for Access Management, Change Management, and System Monitoring controls, including user access reviews and segregation of duties.
  • •Support audit readiness and testing activities: readiness reviews, mock audits, testing population extraction, and evidence preparation for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  • •Facilitate and validate gap remediation and support external audit execution by coordinating evidence requests, auditor inquiries, walkthroughs, and follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated working knowledge of General IT Controls across Access Management, Change Management, and System Monitoring, including access reviews, SDLC/change approvals, and alarm/alert monitoring.
  • •Ability to understand technical system architectures and read code repository, CI/CD pipeline, and monitoring configurations; experience with data flow analysis for multi-system environments.
  • •Experience with system discovery, process flow mapping, control narrative/template development, and audit population extraction.
  • •Track record developing and managing compliance programs at scale, engaging directly with regulators or external auditors.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex legal and technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences while managing competing priorities.
