Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain accurate tax and garnishment information in Workday payroll, including federal and state tax form entry and payroll/tax adjustments.
  • •Identify tax variances, perform tax reconciliation, and review payroll system output for errors with necessary system corrections.
  • •Calculate and explain gross pay to net pay outside the payroll system and support associates with payroll questions.
  • •Determine correct local taxation for associates based on home and work location and provide guidance on taxes.
  • •Perform scheduled and ad-hoc payroll data audits for compliance and assist with year-end W2 reporting and inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 1 year of payroll experience or at least 1 year of accounting experience.

  • •Professional certification such as FPC or CPP.
