Job Summary

Guide and lead the market by directing an Etihad insource cargo commercial and operational team. Drive execution of the cargo commercial strategy, set team objectives, and manage performance through coaching. Own country/area/account plans to maximize revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix, while developing and steering customer relationships and contracts. Use KPI/SLA tools, support budgeting and CASS compliance, and roll out iCargo, self-service booking, and e-Airway Bill capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead implementation of EY Cargo commercial strategy for the market and accounts.
•Lead, manage, and coordinate the team to achieve targets aligned with strategy and budget.
•Develop and execute country, area, and account plans to maximize cargo revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix.
•Develop, manage, and maintain customer contract portfolios and steer customer relationships across key accounts.
•Use KPI/SLA tools for EYCC standards and service levels; participate in budgeting and support compliance with CASS where applicable; drive rollout of iCargo and e-Airway Bill.

Key Requirements

•High School with 3 years of relevant work experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant work experience.
•Minimum 5 years of commercial experience within cargo.
•Extensive experience with strong customer knowledge and strong cargo commercial experience.
•Fluent English, written and spoken.
•Basic knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling.
