Key Requirements

•Degree in engineering, economics, IT, or related fields.
•3–5 years of experience in similar activities at consulting firms or client organizations.

•Experience analyzing and optimizing processes, including writing high-level functional specifications.
•Basic knowledge of low-code process analysis/automation technologies (process mining, RPA, iBPMS) and basic JavaScript, plus autonomy in leading client projects and stakeholder management.
