Area Contracting Manager- HVAC

Lead the Controls/Building Automation contracting fulfillment team in Tempe, driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence. Own the Area’s project portfolio monitoring to ensure on-time delivery, supervise controls fulfillment personnel, and manage associate performance. Serve as a primary interface between customers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining customer satisfaction through issue resolution. Validate contracts and estimates using risk analysis while supporting regional controls leadership and safety priorities.
