Job Summary

Deliver on-brand classroom and group training for NTT’s Canadian banking portfolio, using adult learning principles to teach technical and soft skills to small cohorts. Prepare training logistics and materials, run scheduled curriculum, and complete required privacy/security/fraud training. Coach and performance-manage trainees as they transition into production, using evaluations and feedback to improve outcomes for Operations, Recruitment, and Training Design.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare for training delivery, including systems, facilities, course materials, and welcome emails.
•Conduct in-class technical and/or soft skills training for new and existing employees using adult learning principles.
•Adhere to delivery processes and complete reporting for scheduled curriculum aligned to operational goals.
•Complete mandatory privacy, security, and fraud training.
•Evaluate training effectiveness using standardized evaluations and coach trainees as they transition into production, including performance support and improvement plans.

Key Requirements

•Credit card and/or financial industry experience (as required based on the portfolio).
•Excellent communication skills in both official languages (English/French), verbal and written.
•1–2 years operational and customer service experience within a Contact Centre (asset).
•Flexibility to prepare for and conduct training sessions based on operational needs.
•Coaching experience and the ability to provide feedback, identify performance trends, and create action plans.
