Job Summary

Support AECOM’s Project Management Teams across Ireland by helping drive construction projects from early concept through design, delivery, and operation. You’ll coordinate with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep actions on schedule, track progress and cost, and contribute to procurement and reporting. The role includes site visits, training, and Chartership support to help you build technical and professional skills for the next stage of your career.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist members of the Project Management team to drive projects forward and help clients achieve required built assets.
•Work across project stages from initial concept through construction and operation of buildings.
•Act as a key interface between clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
•Coordinate the project team, plan key tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
•Support day-to-day delivery through liaison, procurement, contact administration, data management, reporting on progress and cost, and site visits/meetings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (essential).
•SCSI / CIOB / RICS / CABE accreditation (preferred).
•A Master’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management, and relevant work experience (advantage).
•Effective decision making with strong verbal and written communication.
•Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines set by clients and managers.
