Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics.
  • •Work with internal and external SMEs to provide corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation and disputes support to the region.
  • •Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters.
  • •Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a barred European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE working in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
  • •Have experience working in top tier law firms or in-house at a large-scale multinational.
  • •Fluent English, with French or German being a strong plus (additional languages are a plus).
  • •Ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes and opportunities.
  • •Possess strong technical skills and be an effective communicator with emotional intelligence.
