•Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled, support individual contributors
•Ensures production work is consistently completed according to department goals
•Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees
•Monitors team members to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures
•Oversees training and development of all staff members

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,400 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in medical technology, laboratory science, chemical, physical, or biological sciences with 4.5+ years of industry-related experience with at least two years working in a clinical laboratory; or Master's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory
•Current ASCP certification in molecular biology (CLS, MLS, MB, MT)
•Current CA State CGMBS or CLS license is required for roles in California
•Proven leadership experience
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
