Customer Experience Banker - Geneva, OH (32-35 hrs/wk - Full Benefits Eligibility)

Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, building and retaining consumer and business relationships. Identify customer financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Use a disciplined sales approach (including follow-up and outbound calling) to grow relationships and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen partnerships, all while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
