Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned federal projects and task orders from initiation through completion, ideally supporting clients such as USACE, NAVFAC, or the U.S. Air Force.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and technical project teams and provide day-to-day direction to project staff, technical leads, and subcontractors.
  • •Develop and maintain project management plans, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk registers; monitor progress against contractual requirements and milestones.
  • •Report project performance, risks, financial status, and client concerns promptly; track budgets, expenditures, forecasts, invoicing, cash flow, and accounts receivable.
  • •Support contract administration, change management, subcontractor coordination, documentation, design reviews, and compliance with federal requirements and AECOM standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or related field, plus at least eight years of relevant project management/project delivery experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •A valid driver’s license is required; drug testing will be required for this position.
  • •Experience supporting or managing architectural, engineering, environmental, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractual requirements.
