Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver Universal-led road, rail, and bridge infrastructure projects while complying with CDM Regulations, statutory requirements, and the Special Development Order (SDO).
  • •Work with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure approvals, permits, and licenses, and coordinate interfaces with third-party developments across the Entertainment Resort Complex.
  • •Oversee project safety and integration of construction activities, including final acceptance of a contractor’s safety plan and compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
  • •Manage project governance and administration (correspondence, RFIs, directives, design/construction reviews, technical submittals, meeting records, action logs, notices, and payment applications).
  • •Manage and report budgets, schedules, and project progress to upper management, tracking all project components and documentation to support on-time, on-budget completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering infrastructure construction projects across design and construction phases.
  • •Knowledge of construction project delivery methods for infrastructure (e.g., roadways, rail development, roadway structures).
  • •Experience working with statutory bodies (preferred) and knowledge of road and rail licensing requirements.
  • •Ability to interpret and understand design and construction drawings.
  • •Strong experience implementing project management governance including scheduling, budgeting, change control, risk management, and reporting.
