Systems Analyst - Consumer Lending

Serve as a technical liaison for consumer lending technology, translating business needs into requirements and solutions. Monitor and maintain critical lending systems and service providers, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support system change controls across test and production environments. Analyze performance and problem trends, perform quality assurance checks, support client training, and provide ad-hoc reporting through database manipulation while coordinating with internal IT and external vendors.
