Key Responsibilities

  • •Build out and lead Kraken Pro’s global KOL strategy and execution, including managing a BD team focused regionally.
  • •Scale processes to source, contract, and manage KOLs, including technology, agency relationships, and commercial planning.
  • •Ensure compliance with financial influencer laws globally using disclaimers, content monitoring, and compensation terms.
  • •Enable the KOL BD team to negotiate attractive deals in a competitive KOL space and deliver strong ROI.
  • •Define KOL positioning and messaging, develop program benefits, attract KOLs across trading categories, and measure partnership results to adjust strategy and deal structures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in the crypto space with experience building out a KOL program.
  • •Significant experience with crypto KOLs, especially traders.
  • •Proven track record growing new users in a competitive, regulated environment.
  • •Experience working with partners across regions worldwide, with advanced crypto knowledge (products, revenue models, and regional players).
  • •Experience using software to manage KOLs across a deal lifecycle and scaling processes to handle hundreds of KOLs.
