Key Responsibilities

  • •Process RHB machine systems within process guidelines and maximize shift production requirements.
  • •Coordinate with the shift team to provide general direction to packer and/or utility employees.
  • •Maintain product quality and verify it meets customer specifications; review daily performance against efficiency goals.
  • •Troubleshoot process-related issues, mold set-ups, and other technical duties for RHB equipment.
  • •Maintain the Food Safety Program (GMP) and complete all required process-related paperwork.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in RHB processing or other plastic processing.
  • •Ability to verify quality of finished product using measure/visual controls and react to problems.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures and familiarity with LOTO for relevant equipment, including locating and understanding machine safeties.
  • •Ability to follow Daily PM compliance and complete required process-related paperwork.
  • •Forklift certification and ability to operate a forklift safely to OSHA standards.
